Does anyone have a good remedy for antibiotic-induced diarrhea in a toddler? Filling him up with yogurt a couple times a day for the probiotics is not doing the trick. Not even close, in fact.

He needs the probiotics when you take him off antibiotics; not much point during. We've been advised to give a "BRAT diet", see also "CRAM diet" and give less juice / sugary drinks.

*nod* I can't say whether it's toddler-specific, but usually when I'm having that kind of GI issue, rice, rice-based food (made/mixed with broth and/or frozen veggies), and other starches seem to help bring things back to normal.
